Lagoon shrimp with white polenta | Ricetta | Burano

The recipe to prepare lagoon shrimp with white polenta

200g schie (lagoon shrimp)

1 clove of garlic

Extra virgin olive oil

Chopped parsley

1 tbsp of coarse salt

Table salt

How to prepare:

Boil the water in a saucepan with the coarse salt. When at boiling point, add the shrimps. Cook for a couple of minutes, then drain and peel all the shrimps.

Season with garlic, chopped parsley, extra virgin olive oil, and table salt.

Mix all the ingredients and serve on a slice of hot white polenta.
